Sheeted Label – The client requested a sheet of labels approximately A5 in size. This was to be inserted in a clear plastic sleeve to be handed out at cinemas as a promotion. The sleeve was to have a header card sealed in to the top of the pack.
Label-it suggested eliminating the header card by printing the header and labels on one sheet. This reduced labour costs considerably. The labels were printed flexographically on semi-gloss paper with a gloss UV varnish. , then sheeted. They were then die cut in to a special shape and sheeted using a near line finishing machine.
